This Ganesha sclpture had been finished and kept for display near the shore temple Mahabalipuram (Mamallapuram) a few minutes before we reached. The craftmanship of the people around is on display, if one passes through the streets of this ancient Pallava city.
A visit to these shops are a must for tourists, Indian and foreign alike.
